We are different from your usual insurance brokerage in that we want to give something back and help to provide insurance careers for school leavers in a supportive and encouraging environment.


By being a client of Prospero you are helping to provide opportunities that might not have otherwise been available.

How Will It Work?

As we grow, instead of bringing in experienced staff or using recruitment agencies, we will form relationships with local schools and colleges to guarantee interviews for individuals who don't necessarily want to go down the university route.


Future employees will be chosen based on their personality and work ethic, not just academic qualifications.

As trainees grow the company will prosper around them, creating an environment and culture that focuses on old fashioned customer service and getting to know your clients personally.


There are no external shareholders putting profits before people. 

A Career Pathway

We do not see trainees as a short term fix, they are people in their own right and a long term investment for Prospero. 


Whether it is customer service, claims handling or business development, we will tailor a plan to allow them to fulfil their own potential. 

Ongoing Support & Training

Internal and external insurance training will be provided to allow employees to flourish in their role and be the best individual they can be.


We will also support them in their own personal lives, providing guidance and assistance to help ensure a good work/life balance.

Professional Qualifications

As an alternative to a university degree, funding and support will be available for trainees to embark upon Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications, all the way up to Associate level. 


The ultimate aim being for individuals and the company to achieve Chartered status.
