At Prospero, we have been thinking hard over the last couple of weeks as to how we, as a business, can help those in need around our offices in Dunbar and Kilsyth.
In these unparalleled times, more and more people are turning to their local food banks to help feed their families and as demand soars, funding streams are being put under intense pressure or in some cases cut off completely.
Having spoken with both Dunbar Basics Bank and Kilsyth Community Food Bank we have agreed to work in partnership to try and boost their income over the coming months.
Initially, for the period of isolation but with the possibility of extending, Prospero Insurance Brokers will donate 25% of our earnings from all local new personal or business insurance policies to the appropriate charity.
Everyone is keen to keep business local and this initiative will allow you to do so, whilst also helping those in our own communities.
Tracy Robertson, Private Client Director, gave her reasons for developing the scheme, “Even in these trying times, people and businesses will still have necessary insurances due for renewal. By taking cover through Prospero, not only are we making sure you are adequately covered whilst providing our personal service, you are also helping to put food on the table of local families and individuals who may otherwise go without”.
“Whilst both our Dunbar and Kilsyth offices are closed, we are all working from home and have full access to our usual back office systems. Whatever your insurance query, we are here to help”.
Whether it is your home or car, company or let property insurance that is due for renewal, either give us a call on 0800 689 1370 or email hello@prosperoinsurance.co.uk and we will do all we can to help.
