Tracy efficiently arranged high value buildings insurance, contents insurance, and travel insurance for a while before I really felt I had a connection with her. That arose when our daughter was caught up in an earthquake in Chile in 2010: Tracy was superbly helpful at a time when I was not sure whether I would need help to repatriate a body or arrange medical care. Luckily no claim was necessary, but after that we made sure that our business went to Tracy as an individual, even when the companies she worked for were taken over. At one stage she also handled a legal expenses claim.
